- Independent preparation, updating and review of safety data sheets, technical data sheets and labels according to BPR, REACH, CLP, FIFRA/TSCA and other jurisdictions.
- Independent classification according to CLP (ATP, etc.), GHS, UN number assignment, transport law, hazardous substances, and dangerous goods, etc. and working out the most favorable classification
- Independent and legally compliant communication and representation of interests vis-à-vis external and internal contacts in all regulatory matters
- National registrations according to BPR, incl. communication with national authorities (worldwide) and consultants
- Administrative tasks (studies, expert opinions, tests, certificates) incl. maintenance of databases

- Natural science education (entry-levels welcome!) or several years of regulatory experience in the biocide/cosmetics/pharmaceutical/medical/feed/oil industry.
- Knowledge of highly regulated markets and their laws, knowledge in dealing with BPR, REACH, CLP is highly advantageous
- Self-initiative, ability to work under pressure and a structured way of working
- High willingness to learn and openness to new areas of law and jurisdictions
- Absolute legal awareness, integrity, and the will to take responsibility
- Very good knowledge of German and English, other languages are an advantage but not a prerequisite
